Welcome to

VILLA
GIARDINO ESOTICO

A vast 11-hectare park in a privileged location welcomes guests to an enchanting retreat. The estate is set in the most captivating part of the island of Ischia, known as Punta Caruso, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and the shimmering sea. A scenic path carved into the rock winds through a woodland of holm oaks, pines, olive trees, and lavender bushes. However, the true gem of the park is its exotic botanical garden, home to a stunning collection of succulents, including Arizona cacti and Cuban agaves.

The Villa, bathed in light and color and sheltered from the winds, is particularly enchanting in winter. Perched on the lush headland of Punta Caruso—a sanctuary of solitude and tranquility—stand a few villas that have hosted sensitive souls and renowned artists, such as Sir William Walton, Prince Enrico of Hesse, son of Princess Mafalda of Savoy, and the acclaimed director Luchino Visconti, to name just a few. Many others from around the world have also come to spend dreamy and poetic days in our home.

On this island, winter seems not to exist. Thanks to its thermal springs, Ischia enjoys only three seasons: spring, from March to June; summer, from July to October; and autumn, from November to February. You can indulge both body and soul, whether in the island’s famous thermal spas with baths, massages, saunas, and special wellness programs or by taking long walks through unspoiled nature and exploring cultural landmarks. Ischia also boasts a rich culinary tradition, excellent wines, and a wide range of activities, including various sports.
